The best place to work out in all of orange county! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! I love Barre3 workout because it’s the perfect combination of yoga, Pilates, and cardio... right up my ally. Also love that they believe in keeping your spine in alignment versus other barre places make you tuck your tailbone under which creates horrible pressure on the lower back. (Hubby is a chiropractor and he gives it full approval!!!) Last but definitely not least, the owner, Amber is so sweet and is so understanding and knows her customers and how to treat them. All the instructors are absolutely amazing and challenge me in every class. And the child care is great! Normally my kids cry if I try to drop them off anywhere, but not here! They have a blast with the girl hanging out with them and with the other kiddos in there. I also like the fact that I can peek in on them at any given moment and it’s just a few steps away from the workout studio. Can’t wait to get my booty in shape here! Finally found my hallelujah!!!
