Pure Pilates Ladera is transforming my life! I am delighted to have a clean, beautiful, and absolutely competently staffed studio so close to my home.
Pilates can be taught well or very poorly, and I was spending two -three hours a week driving back and forth to a skilled and competent instructor for years. I had tried other studios and their "modifications" to the traditional techniques resulted in injury, and simply ineffective training. The instructors at Pure Pilates (especially Heather) maintain a laser focus on the students and offer correction that improves safety and results. Further, I have never seen an instructor at Pure Pilates checking her phone (etc) while the students "figure it out". They are on point and truly look out for the students safety and best outcomes. They also have plenty of technique and keep passionately learning so that the workouts stay fresh and interesting.

A friend of mind took me as a guest to Pure Pilates in February. I loved it and have been going at least twice a week since! The instructors are amazing. They are super helpful for beginners as well. I can't say enough!!!
