    We were promised a certain plan only to discover they put us on a more expensive plan. Our activation fees were suppose to be waived (as AAA members) but still got charged. I called to speak to our salesperson, Jackson, who said he would take care of it. Next bill, still there. Now I have to call again. Sick and tired of cell companies salespeople selling one thing but being billed something different.
